The Oils of Heaven Natural Cacay oil is derived from cold-pressed cacay nuts. Caryodendron orinocense seed or cacay is harvested in the jungles of Colombia. This oil has a high concentration of vitamin E, which has anti-ageing, moisturising properties. It is high in linoleic acid. This acid strengthens the skin's barrier, soothing dry skin and reducing inflammation. It also contains a high percentage of retinol – another essential nutrient for fighting the skins of ageing. A naturally-derived source of vitamin A, retinol penetrates the skin's inner layers, plumping and balancing the skin. Use this oil after moisturising or add a few drops to your moisturiser.
