Made from a unique sponge pulp & rayon blend, the Pyunkang Yul 1/3 Cotton Pads are so called because you only require 1/3 of the amount of toner compared to other toner pads. The pads are very thin and soft, and do not pill or leave fibres behind on the skin. These can be used as regular toner pads, or as a homemade 'sheet mask' to target specific areas of the skin.
