Formulated to remove stubborn eye makeup whilst remaining kind on the delicate eye area, this cleanser removes cosmetics without leaving oily residues. Free from parabens, phthalates and fragrance to ensure it doesn't cause irritation to the skin. To use: Apply mornings and/or evenings using a cotton pad to sweep over the eyelids, one at a time. Tissue off or rinse with water.
